These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weekend Picker website and app (the "Service"), operated by Weekend Picker LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Weekend Picker is a platform for discovering and listing local in-person sales (garage, yard, moving, and estate sales, flea markets, craft fairs, and similar events). Sales are hosted by independent users; Weekend Picker is not the organizer of, and is not responsible for, any sale, the items offered, or any transaction between users.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to list a sale or purchase paid features.

Acceptable use

• Don't post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don't misuse the Service, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.
• Provide accurate sale information and honor it in good faith.

Paid features & billing

Some seller features are paid. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel in your account and access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.

Text messages

If you opt in to text alerts, you agree to receive SMS messages as described in our Text Message Program and Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help.

User content

You keep ownership of the content you post, and grant Weekend Picker a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. You're responsible for the content you post and the rights to it.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weekend Picker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any dealings, sales, or interactions between users. Your use of the Service and attendance at any sale is at your own risk.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
